I have heard there are good plans available for less than $500 a year. Can anyone recommend a policiy? Many thanks friends..

We have Amica homeowner's insurance and they were great when the A/C flooded our living room last June.

i had coop insurance with TSC Direct and AllState for approx $250 for 300K coverage.

thanks guys! nyc 10023 - how's it looking for you to make it tomorrow? i am at the tail end of a renovation and trying to get finished before going on vacation saturday but i will probably make it anyway!

I used Allstate...couldn't be easier...and more reasonable!

i spend a fortune with chubb -- but if you have an issue -- worth it -- plus -- liability/nonowner drivers
