I have often wondered how many deals Rachel Realty has blown for the Sabrina. No deals in over a year for a pre-war condo with some decent layouts. Just drop by Rachels "office" on 77th and see for yourself. Reminds me of an office in a used car lot. I loved the unrenovated classic 6 I saw there in early 08 for 1.5m but thankfully the Rachel rep turned me off.
