The chief economist for the National Association of Realtors says home prices will grow 4 percent next year and home resales will keep rising as the housing market continues to recover. http://www.nytimes.com/aponline/2009/11/13/business/AP-US-Realtors-Outlook.html Hope springs eternal.
It's widely known what the role of chief economist of the NAR is. Only the naive and gullible need listen.
Good thing the NAR Advocated this. LMAO! Way to go Larry, Do you have a leisure suit too?
Lawrence Yun, the NAR's chief economist, attributed rising sales to the federal tax credit of up to $8,000 for first-time home buyers. "We can't underestimate just how powerful a catalyst the first-time home buyer tax credit has been for the housing sector," he said in statement.
This is nationwide, no? Given that pricing has seemingly bottomed in other markets, I don't see this as a shocker. Obviously NAR is a biased organization, but I don't see this as a boldfaced lie. What's with you two?
Thats the most bearish sign I've ever heard!
The shill who has been yelling 40% changes it to only 4%!
I always found this one funny...

I don't recall , did the NAR ever predict falling house prices?
