smaller buildings showing signs of stress

i've recently noticed a number of relistings for units in smaller buildings where the building seems to be possibly in a world of hurt. these may be smaller developers, and may very well be resolved on the earlier rather than the later side, so i thought it would be interesting to follow them. i'll start with the campbell, 7 units, two listed as in contract, significant downward pricing, an aparent effort to rent the units, one unit just relisted, likely unit 4 or 5. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/building/148-chambers-street-new_york
