Does anyone have an idea on whether a condo in a brownstone, similar size, location and condition should trade at a discount, same or a premium to a doorman or non doorman pre-war UWS hi-rise condo? Does anyone have any pricing estimates per square foot for something in the UWS Bway to CPW, 70's to 80's, with nice southern exposure (not great view) in perfect condition? Do renters have a huge preference for UWS hi rise or brownstone? what would be the approx rent per sq ft? thks UWS buyer
