"Value" listing at the Ansonia

The Ansonia is one of my fav. buildings on the UWS -http://www.prudentialelliman.com/Listings.aspx?ListingID=1183369 Strikes me as not being a bad deal. No views, and poor configuration of original layout (they added two studios to the original 2br, parlor, dining, library and K plan). The original parlor & library are 2-north facing brs, with the original DR adjacent to K. One bath was previously a BR. This is really a 4br with lots of room for entertaining, and strikes me as relatively better value than other 3br+ apts that have gone to K lately at the Ansonia?

Right, compared to #7144, just $200K more for that extra east bedroom suite. This one'd take more work, though, mostly depending on whether you'd be OK with that kitchen layout. The rest could be easily shuffled.
