? SE doesnt have a Brooklyn heights neighborhood as one of the filters

Yes it does. Go to front page of website, middle column "Featured Listings." Then click the litte blue type that says "more sale listings.

Then click on Brooklyn and then on "show all." You'll see a link for Brooklyn Heights.
