Any news or thoughts on this building? Only a third of the units are actually closed according to streeteasy but the developer is still asking for >1500 ppsf. What's happening here? Is the developer not negotiating or are there any issues?

the last sales person claimed the dev would take 20 to 30 percent off. but that was awhile ago. the building is really called 650 sixth. do a search on here for that.
