In contract but unit going on auction

The place that I am in contract with closing date set is going on auction due to tax lien. What options do I have? What happens to my contract? Does the auction supersede the contract?

You number one option is to talk to a good real estate attorney!

Thanks. I have my RE lawyer for the closing but I am wondering if I should get a RE literation attorney.

Everything is up in the air, not sure whats going on.
