What is the cleanest neighbhorhood in Manhattan?

..south of 96th I've been looking for studies but there are no direct ones. I get that East Side is generally cleaner vs. West Side of Midtown, and that the city as a whole is relatively cleaner than just a couple years back, but is there an actual study regarding the most aesthetically clean neighborhood? They have them for subway lines (go 7) so why not 'nabes?
