If I told you that you could live in a high-end luxurious building with hotel style amenties (Washer and dryer in each unit, Fitness Center, Spa and treatment rooms, Sauna, Steam room, Private four lane bowling alley, Indoor basketball, 24/7 doorman/concierge, 10 person conference room etc) a hop skip from transportantion sweeping you into Manhattan in less than 20 minutes for less than 1/2 the price of living in Manhattan would you live in Newark?
