sponsor sale, $1,275,000. looks like they still have quite a few units left, despite beginning sales in 2004. the lack of tax abatement has been brutal. I couldn't decide whether to put this in the chop, lowball or comp threads, so i gave it a spot of its own. 15I closed for $2mm 04/06.
