Discussion about
We are considering bidding on an apartment on York and 63rd. Today was the first time we went to the area, and we didn't have time to walk around much. We'll obviously do that before we go into contract, but in the meantime I wanted to ask the group: How's living on York in the low 60s for a family? Specifically: - Is it crowded and noisy from the hospital and the bridge? - Are there playgrounds and/or parks for kids to play nearby? - Are there the usual amenities close by - stores, restaurants, bars, drycleaners, etc.? - Just how inconvenient is being that far east, for both work and social? Thanks very much.
