Saw another apartment of mine that fulfilled most of my criteria - pretty damn close. Too bad it didn't come on the market when we needed housing. I'm not going to say that the market has turned, but this will sell close to ask.

that happened to me to after I bought. I saw much nicer houses in the same price range. Life is sometimes cruel.

Being your parent is cruel... buyer's remorse not too bad really....

No buyer's remorse here. My partner vetoed - not suitable for us, but just a nice property to have. Would have suited us fine 3+ years ago.

I thought you knew me well enough to guess.
