Has anyone else seen this property or have an opinion? I am trying to make a decision between a PH unit in this and a 2BR in The Douglass. Thank you.

That's exactly what we just went through, but we decided on a PH at Parc Standard. outdoor space was the kicker. We also felt that having a unique apartment like that would be helpful if we ever decide to sell...
