#2B just sold, down only 9% from its sale for $4,285,000 in December 2006. That $385K could be chalked up in part to leasehold wastage, as the co-op's lease with the Goldman heirs ends in 2078.

Can anyone tell me if the hotel has a service entrance on the back, or if it gets deliveries off Lexington? Most of the bedrooms in this property are on the back side of the building and I wonder how noisy that might become.
