Just based on fenestration, I think the main rooms face west and span the whole front of the building.

The plan-drawer reversed the north arrow. The main rooms face south onto 83rd St.

The arrows are wrong. I went to visit this apt last spring. Was very disappointed, it is VERY tired looking. Good photographs though. The living room, kitchen, and dining room need major facelift. The main rooms do get pretty good light because of the building height. To the west you actually have a decent view because of adjoing low structures.

As you enter the building from Park Ave, you walk down a long dark corridor to the elevator bank in the rear of the building. You arrive on a shared landing with one other apt. So the apt occupies the south west corner of the building.

typo...south/east corner of the building, and view to the east......damn directions.

and I think they made a typo in the description. The unit is about 2985 sq ft..not 3500
