This building has lots of problems that the landlord is not fixing. Plumbing for one and the latest is the bedbug problem which they told us they would cover the costs. They have stuck the pest company with the bill for the initial treatment and the only way the company will come back to finish the treatment is if someone pays the $1500 bill.
