Check Urbandigs statistics -- inventory is lowest since September, was rising for a bit since then but is now headed down, steep declines in New listings and contracts signed, and price reductions are not happening Woeful realtors with income plummeting may besiege SE readers with alms bowls. Based on the patterns from the last 2 years, a surge in price reductions is inevitable to get things moving, as the brokers will need to be fed and will alter the group psychology of the sellers
