And yet Manhattan inventory numbers are following a consistent downward trajectory. Dipped below 9000 today for the first time in a long time. No telling where we go next. HUGE bonus season coming up; good for taxes, good for a lot of service businesses, good for the City. I think everyone with a strong opinion has been proven wrong at least once during the past 2 years.
