I'd recommend front to back, w67th, unless you want to wind up with a nasty case of e. faecalis. And while you're at it, why not install a nice, cleansing bidet?

Eating a high-fiber diet goes a long way towards keeping the evacuations neat and tidy. At that point, moistened tissue is all that's really necessary to keep everything spic and span.

who/what is jaque? is it a contraption or a frenchman hired to blow on your ass until it's dry. this is titillating conversation but i really need to go prep bedroom for baby. will check back in for any good pointers others may have to offer.
