How long does it typically take for closing prices to be reported in Streeteasy/ACRIS? Looking to see how closing pricing are fairing against listed prices for fresh closings?

For the buildings that I've been watching, I'd say in general that it has taken between 2-4 months from the time that the apartment has been "in contract" until the final sale price is listed in Streeteasy.
