Someone is seriously a fucking idiot for paying $2.03mm for this. I mean downright dumb. Hope you're prepared to own it for 15-20 yrs to make any money.

10013, it was about 11-12% below its earlier sale in mid-2005. i wouldn't have done it, but it seems consistent with where the market is today, unless i'm missing something here.

If the sq footage is correct they paid 1000 per sq ft. Certainly on the high side for coops today but more importantly it was listed for rent at $7500.
Paying more than 1.5mil (200x monthly rent) is foolish.
