UMM Down 20% Since August

I remember it amusingly, given it was right after it had simply returned back to its initial starting point. We're down 20% since then. Now that doesn't bode well for the bulls.

plz explainz how a spot and future mkt is related? How can spot carry arbitrage in this situation
