Solaria auction....continued

REDC has just announced the next phase of their auction on Solaria units. 54 condos are currently listed for "make an offer", no minimum. Sounds like things didn't go so well at the first auction. How low can you go? What's next - Rentals? Raffle??

sorry, there is a minimum bid listed for each unit - the same numbers as for the auction. Confusing, though, these were the same 54 units originally. What gives??
