by definition not everyone can attend university. for ex, you need to finish high-school to do so. but nice argument anyway.

you also need $50 to attend a nets game.

I do remember some idiot suing a college saying they discriminated against dumb people.

ACORN sued the city about Stuyvesant High School for similar reasons.
