i have been saying we've hit bottom these past few weeks. sentiment wise we are getting so many mixed signals. but i think most people feel the way positivecarry does and hence yesterday's late day sell off in the stock market. but mr. market likes to catch people leaning the wrong way and lots of shorts trapped this morning. going to be a rocket of a day. i think we have turned the corner and have put my money where my mouth is: in contract in prime w'burg at just shy of $600/sq/ft.
