Yes, is it possible to erase information off of SE? I could swear I've seen apartment histories that no longer exist.

We do our best to keep discussions on our board related to real estate. That's why the Tiger Woods thread was deleted.

Yeah, Streeteasy, I'm a H U G E fan but get real; if we decide we want to discuss something, mind your own #$%@&^ business.

The decision SE made about the Tiger thread is an unusual one. I believe this is the first time they deleted something just to ¨stay in the re topic¨ They might have some other reason. If we posted a thread about, say, quintuplets being born in Dublin, I doubt they ´d have deleted it.

Apparently Mr. Woods made a 'contribution' to that Uchitel chick; maybe he's written a check to the SE Gestapo, too. Hmmm...........

using money as a solution seems like kicking the can. can you imagine the amount of girls that are gonna stalk him for sex once it's known that he is paying millions to the previous? don't get the wife either. how do you teach your daughter to demand respect when she is settling for a bigger check?

i guess those kick backs weren't a problem back in teh day without internet. nowadays gossiping is taking a whole new dimension.

Then why is Riverside allowed to run rampant with his political bs?

Exactly, Wonderboy. Little known fact: Women commit approx 50% of domestic violence. Though less strong than men, women use a weapon (scissors, knife, or in this case, golf club) much more frequently then men, and so do about as much damage.

Like the 60% of undergrad degrees going to women or the near-universal dominance of women in the teaching and nursing professions, this is one "double standard" the feminazis don't seem worried about.

"We do our best to keep discussions on our board related to real estate"

this is why it's imperative that you hijack RE related threads to discuss utter nonsense.

gatorade just got rid of mr tiger. it was expected i guess, pepsico is a family oriented company, unlike say, playboy or trojan. now to the important part, how will this affect RE in florida?

Doesn't have the telltale signs like all words ending in 'z' or mention of the yacht.

N ee way, back to tiger, it just seems like he is making women feel like an object (after say..five,,,it's hard to claim the attraction was based on some emotional rapport), and I wonder what that could mean for NYC re.

NYC RE thrives on lack of impulse control, soulless manipulation, and of course, the sleaze factor. I want, I need, I have to have (and more than the guy in the cubicle next to me, please, oh, please). I'd say this is a definite green light for overpriced real estate everywhere. miami may even experience a resurgence.

There also seems to be a small resurgence in Swedish island hideaways.

Ok. I just watched the woman who was on TV this morning denying she was a prostitute or took money from Tiger. She just loved him. Tiger is a cool guy, but folks, seeing this actual hideous, low-class, idiotic, caked up, trashy woman (not much above the Clinton type) talk about their special moments together really did, sorry to say, ratchet down quite a few notches ..my view of Tiger.

The fact that these women haven't run for the hills & refused to comment (Tiger Woods? Tiger WHAT?) says it all about them - AND Mr. Woods.
