For those that no longer do because they've walked away from a deposit on another new condo, I'm guessing this becomes an appealing option.

Of course, they have cute sales chicks, virtual golf, a screening room (you can bring friends over for annual Titanic viewings and such), and much much more. And it is LEDE certified, so it's helping the environment.
