I think I found the listing on the original site and it looks pretty ghetto - hard to tell though.

I saw this apartment. Not great but not ghetto. The bedroom is a small mezzanine without a door, so it's more of a studio and the terrace is nice but small. Definitely overpriced – I rented a much nicer place with a bigger terrace on the same block for 2,150.

Its a GREAT block and the neighborhood is amazing! Not sure about building
