This is not a journalistic endeavor. It is like those articles about a local restaurant - you know, one that advertises in the paper. "Great service" "Beautiful presentations" What reporter gives contacts with numbers? If these units have "flown", let then show us the "empty nests" in a few months.
"One has prices starting as low as $500,000 with free parking and approval for Federal Housing Administration (FHA) financing of up to 97%."
This pisses me off. My government supported by my tax dollars is directly or indirectly trying to keep housing prices up.
Free parking? Where is this?
Want to know where your tax dollars are going? Try watching the futures (stock) on Sunday night.
No can do. Sunday nites are my Laverne and Shirley re-run nite.
That's why you are married with 3 kids and still living with your parents.
"when pigs fly..."
Two. An heir and a spare.
In my county, it's a sign of deep respect to offer your parents an opportunity to live with you if they so choose in their later years. My mom and dad can live with me any time. In fact I financially support my early onset dementia mother in law and in fact take her to all her medical appts when my wife is unable.
One other thing, seeing L&S is not indicative of financial success in life, but buying a new condo, in lic, in the powerhouse, 6 months post lehman, into the greatest re bubble, on a crazy azzed leveraged basis, with a stay at home wife, new kids while working for a 3rd rate bond bucket shop......... Well THAT is indicative of something. Just use the same logic that led you to buy in the ph, to figure that one out.
oh no my old friend jason has become a shill
W67th, not that you need any help defending yourself, but I concur with you 100% that it is very respectful to take care of your parents (and other close family) if they need help. Since my father passed away in 2008, my mother has been concerned about what will happen if she gets sick. I have told her many times that she is welcome to live with us for as long as she wishes. If you can't count on your family in times of need, who do you really have for support?
Lobster, Nancy Pelosi is always willing to help out in times of need.
