Seems decent. I'm surprised the listing doesn't go ahead and say 3 BR. The kitchen looks downright suburban. There must be absolutely no natural light.

Interesting listing to watch. Looks like it was renovated in 1988.

Well,owners have had it on the market since 9/2007 - started out with Corcoran for $1,200,000.

Looks like a really nice kitchen, dining room, BUT relatively small bedrooms, and only one bath - and, judging by all the drawn shades, may have views into brick walls or close-by windows.
