Believe it or not, they plagiarized that idea from the in-contract listing downstairs.

"Hey, it worked for them!" At least in 2F it didn't require ripping out a wall of closets, sawing off a chunk of that granite eating counter, etc. Not that it matters, as that line has lots of cut-up layout defects anyway, and can't blame them for trying to squeeze out an extra-bedroom premium.
