I've got a business school chum who works at accenture. I know for a fact he cheats on his wife. I know he's not the greatest golfer in the world, but accenture does not do business with cheating husbands/wives. If he loses his job a $2mm condo will surely be listed in streeteasy in 6 months given his $6 coffee habit.

blackmail....sounds like he's got a lot to give and a lot to lose. on the other hand, didn't work so well with letterman, so may not be good advice.

Call me if under $1,000psf, assuming good condition, nice location, recent construction, of course. And nice amenities (although it's OK if he wants to take the mistress with him). Anyway, if you can get all that done I'll hire you as my broker and make sure you get taken care of on the fee. Howz that for a deal?
