The Beacon in Jersey City just won "Project of the Year" from the Urban Land Institute. Here's a link to a story that was posted on Fox Business.com: http://www.foxbusiness.com/story/urban-land-institutes-nj-district-council-names-beacon-project-year/ The story says the first phase of 315 condos is virtually sold out and they just opened a new 17-story building called Mercury Lofts which has 25 half- and full-floor lofts ranging from 2,994 to 6,665 square-feet.
