Discussion about 38 Crosby Street at 476 Broadway in Soho
This looks like a steal: http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/484755-476-broadway-soho-new-york $563 per sf for a renovated 6,500sf loft? Yeah, no doorman, on Broadway, 2nd floor, but still a lot of space for the money. (unless the sf on SE is wrong, hard to read floorplan)

It's a typo...I've seen this place before and I'd say probably half that size. I almost had a customer open a private training gym here :)

It was previously listed as 4000sf. Here is the floorplan from that listing, it's easier to read. The problem I see is in window placement. all but one of the apartment's real bedrooms appear to be interior.

3 of 4 BR are interior. The master faces the back into a wall. The living space is fantastic.

Yeah, sf looks overblown.

Interesting, all the apts in this building have ZERO maintenance. As in you pay NONE. Nice.

Wonder how they do that. Income from ground floor commercial unit maybe?
