Anybody been recently looking for 2 bed/2 bath units in Hunters Point area? I'm looking for units that are at least 900 SF on the higher floors (high enough to filter noise) in new developments. Prices in streeteasy is only the asking $ so wanna know what the real $ is from those who have been to any of these new developments and any insights from anyone who has entered negotiations in the last month or so would be great!
