I always thought this an "iconic" building. As far as "white brick" buildings go, this one always seemed to keep it's cutting edge. there was, in my mind, a certain cache in living there. In reading past discussions, many of the comments were negative, but this was during the conversion 15+ years ago. Any newer thoughts on the building? Are the mechanical systems up to speed now? And are the ceilings only 8ft? Any input on interior noise from other units? Much thanks!!
