Can the broker take an counteroffer back? how do you complain to their board?

Great point.. just interested from an academic viewpoint.. love to see these mice scamper and scutter about their dirty element.. just wnated to get to know all the little whips you can prod them with

sure.. i knew they were not supposed to be ethical.. otherwise they would not be brokers
now, you're getting it.
in RE it's only official after you sign documents and feel the sting of legal fees.
i am confused-- this is for a sale? why would there be a manager determining an acceptable price-- only the owner can do that--unkless it is a development, then it would be the developer...
