New development at $3,000 per sf? I guess the buyers are back!

Those are the new, lower prices since they recently switched from Stribling to Corcoran Sunshine. It may not be enough of a cut, but it might. It looks as if it will be a beautiful place. This place has much higher production values that Soho Mews which is nearby and a much more eurocentric location than Trump Soho. It will be interesting to see if Aby Rosen can close sales at those kind of prices this year.
