Dwell95 Renatl Apts (95 Wall st)

I have lived in the Dwell since 2/09 (almost 12 months). I have been job. VERY disappointed with the building. The facade is just that 'a facade'. The building is converted office space and they did a terrible job. I have been displaced twice (2) due to floods in my apt. The company does not want to compensate any of the tenants for the flood damage and inconvenience. (The Moinian Group) with no success. My next step is to seek legal advice. I am also my start a 'tenant association' so we can seek to make it a better place to live. I have tried to contact the owners (the M DO NOT rent at the Dwell.
