Discussion about 301 East 63rd Street #17F
Listing puts this maintenance at $3600 and offers to rent for $3400. Any thoughts on how to value something like this?

Maintenance more than rent is becoming the norm. But let us not forget THE TAX BENEFIT!

I called up my boss and asked him to lower my salary.

For the tax benefit, you know...

"Maintenance more than rent is becoming the norm"

Really? I've not seen this as the "norm" at all - a few examples, sure, but not the standard.
