Discussion about
http://streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/485824-coop-150-west-87th-street-upper-west-side-new-york I LOVE this apt but there are 2 things standing in the way: 1) first floor apt and 2) poor elementary school zoning. Should the first floor bother me? It's a quiet street (87th st), but then again, the Amsterdam projects are very close ... has anyone seen it?

This has been discussed in the past. Search "first floor":

Don't know about first floor, but check out bath #2. There's no clearance -- none -- between the toilet and the glass shower wall. Access is bad, too. It's the only bath that bedroom #2 can get to, after traipsing through LR, DR, and kitchen.
