Based on your opinions, what do you think typical price per Sq ft is for apartments selling these days? Assuming your typical post war west of 3rd and less than 1800 sq ft... 800? 900? 1000? 1100? 1200 a sq ft? Excluding estates etc...

$915 based on the last 60 days of recorded sales in UES [using Streeteasy data].

Are you sure that you want "typical post-war" and *west* of 3rd ave? My feeling is that the "typical UES postwar" is *east* of the 3rd ave.
