Discussion about
Was it you, your husband or your daughter who broke it last time? Was it a #1 or a #2?

remember this Christmas Eve nostalgia:

aboutready
person who ever said i had a toilet overflow issue? you really are not reading well. really and truly nasty for no reason.

i needed to borrow a plunger from our favorite bar in the late 80s(christmas eve if i recall properly, and i think i do), but that was an absolutely fabulous NYC story and one that makes me nostalgic.

I know, so weird for a person to feel nostalgic about a Christmas Eve with a toilet plunger, and then to even brag about it on a message board.

I don't know why everyone is assuming it's a man.

I picture a big, brassy upper middle-aged (or "of a certain age") woman. Woman, not lady, not girl, not broad, not gal, woman. As in "woman's sizes". With clown-dyed hair in a "hairdo". With big gaudy gold-tone jewelry (brooches and the like) on a big gaudy novelty-colored dress suit or pants suit or the like. And vaudeville makeup to match, of course. Lives in a scared-white-woman neighborhood like Yorkville or one of those beige areas on the eastern side of midtown.

Powdery makeup that accentuates every wrinkle and sag.

She/he may be in drag. This is the portrayal that forensics came up with:

poorirish: with your gift of seeing splendor in the faces of the disturbed, have you thought about full time work in a mental hospital?

Jim, I've got a job that I love (and it keeps me immersed in great art all the time, and so it's an occupational hazard of mine to stay OUT of Silver Hill ----------- because constant exposure to art is a bit crazy-making).
I do tend to think hfs is an artist of SE; sometimes the ballet between hfs and cc is quite elegant and lilting, not to say there aren't sharp edges there.
In contrast, the animosity between Matt and CC is NOT art, tho it too is occasionally entertaining.
