I am so sorry somebody paid 2 million in 2007, but with those monthlies and upcoming increases in taxes, only a psychopath would pay close to the ask price. Public info sets current prices very close to 2005, so I would say 750$ per square foot for this unit. Or wait for your bank to assess the property. read the Dec 30th Article on NYT

Boy, this is a clear picture of the bubble. Someone paid $100,000 over the ask at the height of the market. And now they are happy to pass on their stupidity to you. No wonder it has been on the market since 10/08
