It's in contract, so we'll find out soon enough.
If the sponsor did the renovations, then yes, the 2009 price does seem high. If the sellers bought the apartment as a sponsor wreck and did the renvations afterward, then the asking price doesn't seem too far out of line. High, maybe. Crazy, no.
