This rental has been sitting vacant for almost 6months! Nice business decision on the $6,500 ask ... read the paper much? Full broker fee & no abatement - $5,900 is still not competitive

Isn't it inconsistent to say "sitting vacant" and then turn around and talk about a mouse infestation.

$4550 would be more appropriate.

Fair enough, it hasn't been completely vacant ... but I suspect the mice aren't current on their rent
