Discussion about 225 Fifth Avenue #4A
Just a note on comparables. I found out that 11A (same unit, but 7 floors higher) went into contract for just under $1.65M. 11A was originally listed over a year ago at $2.35M (huh???), and had been price chopped so that the latest asking price was almost $1.8M. Given that -- any thoughts on the right pricing for 4A? The only difference is height -- though it looks like it's a big difference for this unit (both in terms of light and noise).
