last week my wife tried to show my kids how to pop popcorn the old fashioned way (the jiffy metal handle thing) ... my 4yo was screaming... is it done yet?

i especially like all the pics of the 103rd st. station..gives me a real good feel for what the inside of the brownstone looks like

Yikes, Jiffy is old-fashioned now? Do the popcorn in a pot right, you get no unpopped kernels, perfecty even toasting with no burning.

Upper East Side -- right. Slime ball realtor. How dumb do these jack brokers think we are. Another example -- try an amenity search for "private outdoor space" and find that 75% of results have none -- maybe the building does, but that would be "common outdoor space." Why waste people's times with this deceit...it's not like someone looking for the UES will say, "oh, gee, actually Harlem is what I had in mind" or someone looking for a terrace says "actually, since the building has a zen garden, I'm good."
